Meditation at Cobblestone Springs

2nd and 4th Thursdays, 2:00-2:45 p.m.

Join us for some quiet time. No prior experience needed; just a willingness to get in touch with your inner self. Meditation can help combat stress, help with chronic pain, and promote sleep and a feeling of well being. It can easily be a win-win situation.
