Traveling Through Uncertainty: The Journey to Your Best Self

This workshop in three sessions is designed to help you navigate the constant uncertainty that we are faced with today as a result of multiple issues facing our nation as well as those in our personal lives. The goal is to have you obtain tools that will give you viable options to leave you feeling much more empowered than you were before.

Fee: $10 per session

Presenters: Judy Rowe focuses on training, facilitation, coaching, career development, and wellness at her consulting company.
Lisa Rustici is a certified Life Coach as well as an instructor at Corning Community College.

Judith A. Rowe, Judith A. Rowe Consulting, LLC

Judy is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help others realize their full potential in life. Her consulting company, Judith A. Rowe Consulting, LLC, focuses on training, facilitation, coaching, career development, and wellness. She has two Bachelor Degrees – Civil and Industrial Engineering (University of Tennessee at Chattanooga) and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations (Cornell University). Recently she retired from Corning Incorporated after 27 years of service in a variety of positions including engineering, sales, and customer service, training, quality, and project management. Currently, in addition to her own consulting business, Judy is a Coaching Pro for Bravely, Inc.

Lisa Rustici is a certified Life Coach as well as an adjunct instructor at Corning Community College. Lisa has dedicated her adult life to helping people of all ages live their best lives. She started out as a third-grade teacher. Then, after moving to Elmira, she took a job as a religious education coordinator for both children and adults. When that job ended, she became a certified Life Coach and began her business Love Your Life Coaching. For the past 4 years, she had worked at CCC as well and loves to see how much her FYEX (First Year Experience) students come into their own, by discovering all of the gifts and talents they already possess. If you want to find your inner confidence and feel more empowered to create the life you desire, Lisa is eager to help you.
