You’re invited to find peace and pleasure by enjoying nature at Cobblestone Springs, set on 16 mostly wooded acres, with two screened gazebos, and trails with benches in quiet places for prayer and reflection.
We’ll meet on Monday, May 3rd from 1:00 – 3:30pm for National Garden Meditation Day, observed every year on May 3rd. This gathering will offer a time to relax and meditate. Meditation doesn’t need to take place cross-legged on the floor in a dark room.
Being so close to thriving life and nature, gardens make a perfect place to seek an inner spiritual connection with the world around us.
We’ll explore and share ideas to create a meditation garden in order to provide a welcoming retreat to connect with the natural world around us. You will have the opportunity to explore the trails and grounds at Cobblestone Springs.
Bring a favorite poem about nature and/or gardening to share.
