Drawing Basics Workshops with Kristin Malone
Saturday June 12th 10a-4p
Drawings are usually done on two dimensional surfaces. In this workshop we develop greater awareness of space and how to translate it to paper. We will consider atmospheric and linear perspective, as well as various methods of sighting. Participants will have an opportunity to practice these concepts, working in and outdoors.
Program Fee: $70
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to register. Both programs for this weekend with an overnight stay in the mansion are available for $200. Please bring your own lunch, coffee and tea will be provided.
Some materials will be provided: Drawing boards, paper, drawing pencils.
Participants are invited to bring a pencil or two and spiral bound sketchbooks if you’d like (9×12” or whatever you may have available).
