We’ll have a variety of interactive events throughout the day. Minimum 6, maximum 8. Please bring a mask for the indoor portions of the day. Overnight stays by arrangement if desired.

Please bring your own mat for this gentle yoga flow with Lauren Shaw. We are hoping for nice Fall weather and to be outdoors so please dress warm and wear layers. In the event of inclement weather we will move inside into the formal parlor areas.

Exploring Nature to Deepen Awareness, a garden meditation with JoAnn

Gardens and all of the green world provide easy access to mindfulness and being present. We will practice sitting meditation at the gazebo and then spend some time doing some purposeful walking meditation. To complete our connection with Mother Earth, we will participate in a garden activity that deepens our awareness and then share with others. You’re welcome to bring a favorite poem about nature, journal or sketch pad. We also have all the fresh herbs you would need to make your own smudge stick.
