Not just a cooking class! We will also discuss the basics of a plant-based diet for a healthy mind, body, spirit and planet. Bring your appetite, and any questions you might have. Mary Ellen will be demonstrating a simple blender mac & cheese sauce that’s great on everything, and an instant pot buffalo wing hot dip. We will also have 2 or 3 homemade cheeses for people to sample.

Mary Ellen has a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell and the T Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and is currently completing a plant-based cooking course through Rouxbe culinary school. She also has a passion for learning about health and wellness, passing this important information on to others and spending time in nature with her husband and adorable dog Frankie.
