Not just a cooking class! We will also discuss the basics of a plant-based diet for a healthy mind, body, spirit and planet. Bring your appetite, and any questions you might have.
Sprouts sprouts sprouts! Mary Ellen will be teaching the basics of countertop sprouting, a discussion on why we should be including them in our daily diet and ways to enjoy them. She will also demonstrate several oil free salad dressings. There will be a multitude of sprouts to sample and big bowls of salad to enjoy for lunch. Everyone will leave with a sprouting lid and some seeds to get started at home.
TWO SPOTS LEFT! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. Program fees will be accepted on a sliding scale from $10-$20.
