Zen Mystic and founder of the Center for Initiatory Psychotherapy, Karlfried Graf Dürckheim was a widely respected spiritual teacher who harmonized Eastern and Western spirituality and mysticism into a transformational path whose main concern was moving people into their Essential Being/True Self. In this retreat we will delve into some of his transformational teachings and contemplative exercises in order to locate and free ourselves from the many societal conditionings and worldly attitudes that we have picked up along our way.
