Meeting Spaces and Public Rooms

The main floor of the Spence House at Cobblestone Springs is available for meetings, group activities and events, as well as use for guests in residence. Rooms are restored with period furnishings that include some items from the original family’s occupancy and other antiques.

There are two public bathrooms on the main floor: a “powder room” for general use, and a full bath in the North Wing (if not occupied).

Main Parlor

The Main Parlor is a large room, holding 15 people at capacity, that hosts groups both formal and informal.

Library

The Library is a quiet place to read and relax, or to enjoy small group meetings or conversations.

Kitchen and Dining Areas

The Main Kitchen is modern and well equipped, and includes a table for “family style” dinners.
