FULL Introduction to Bookbinding
October 17, 10:00 a.m.-noon, 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Materials: $20 one-time fee; limited to 8.

First, enjoy creating your own special custom pamphlet binding! You’ll be guided through the three easy steps of beginning bookbinding — cut, fold, and sew. Learn tips and tricks along the way and variations and techniques to inspire your creative juices.

Bring your own lunch to eat on the grounds or visit a nearby restaurant. We will provide drinks and cookies.

Introduction to Journaling (space available)
October 24, 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Please call 607.243.8212 to register by Oct 14.

A week later, the second workshop will encourage you to use your new personal book as a journal recording your own insights and experiences, drawings, or doodles. Participants may sign up for one or both workshops. (If you don’t attend Bookbinding, please bring your own journal to use in the second workshop.)

These workshops are food for hands, mind and spirit.

NOTE: Masks are required for all in-person programs! Please also check the website or call 607.243.8212 a day or two ahead to confirm any planned in-person activity.
