Classics in Spirituality is a regular feature of Cobblestone’s programming. This program is scheduled on first and second Mondays of each month (unless the first is a holiday) at 11 a.m. to noon. This year the series continues to be presented via Zoom; please contact us at CobblestoneSpringsRC@gmail.com to receive the Zoom link. Videos of most past programs (since fall 2020) are posted on our Vimeo channel.

Introducing Singing Bowls with Sandy Steigerwald

This program provides an overview of the history and uses of the ‘”singing bowls”, a set of seven crystal bowls that produces soothing sound for relaxation and meditation. Learn about it here, then try it out on September 18, when Sandy returns in person for two Saturday afternoon sessions.

About the presenter: Yoga has been part of Sandy’s life for 23 years. Her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible, more fearless and focused; both off and on the mat. Sandy completed her Wisdom Flow Yoga Training on Maui. Her classes are designed to inspire people to be the best version of themselves. She enjoys drinking coffee with her Hawaiian lovebirds, playing singing bowls, picking wild flowers, & the feeling of freedom.
